First time service coordination was good, but then after enrolling and paying almost 156$ they failed to send me an updated calendar for delivery. Additionally they told me to put the bottles outside the house for refill a day, but they never came and refilled.

Since 2005 Great service. We use them for our office water and coffee supplies. Highly recommend.

Very reliable and if need an emergency drop off of additional water, they are on top of it.

Poor customer service, very confusing bills with hidden fees.
